Arborek Village is a designated tourist village in Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province, renowned for its cultural and natural attractions. With an area of 7.2 hectares and a population of 44 households, the village is primarily inhabited by fishermen and entrepreneurs engaged in tourism.
Accessible from Sorong via a 3-4 hour ferry ride to Waisai, followed by a 2-hour speedboat journey, the village boasts nine homestays and a dive center owned by local residents. Arborek is famous for its handcrafted Manta Ray hats made from pandan leaves, as well as its traditional dances performed by local children.
